Hôpital Montfort is seeking to retain a qualified Contractor to undertake the reorganization of HM's warehouse (Magasin) to optimize logistics flow, including storage and distribution operations. The project includes the removal of the existing carousel system, installation of new shelving systems, and reconfiguration of the space to improve operational efficiency. The Work is as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). Bid Security - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted, and entry to the visit will close at 10:00 AM. Please note that on-site parking may be limited, so all personnel attending the site visit should plan and coordinate accordingly. Please enter by the main entrance; a representative will welcome you. To support an efficient and coordinated site visit, Proponents are asked to have a single general contractor- responsible for all required trades-attend the site visit. Attendance should be limited to one representative per firm, as much as possible.
