Quinte Health is seeking a skilled general contractor to undertake the necessary work required for the North Hastings Hospital Helipad Rehabilitation project located in the town of Bancroft at the airport at 522 Chemaushgon Road, RR2 Bancroft ON, K0L 1C0. The selected proponent will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets the required standards, abides by all bylaws and specifications, and contributes to the overall integrity and safety of the hospital's infrastructure. All proponents wishing to bid are required to attend a mandatory onsite visit at the project location. Bid Security - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 04/15/2026 at 11:59 PM ET Requests for clarification must be submitted before the "Clarification Questions to be Submitted by Proponents" due date and time (as indicated within the RFP Tentative Scheduled Timetable).
