All dimensions and Scope of Work shall be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Contractors submitting bids over $500,000 must be prequalified in accordance with the City's "Contractors Prequalification Application". All bids received by the specified time will be opened, but the City will reject bids over $500,000 from contractors who have not been prequalified
