The City of Plano is soliciting for window replacement at Haggard Library. The project is estimated at $425,000.00. A mandatory site visit is required, and bidders that do not have their attendance documented by the City at a site visit will be deemed non-responsive. Questions must be submitted electronically through IonWave. The preferred method for proposal submission is electronically through IonWave, but in-person submission is allowed Mondays and Wednesdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the City of Plano Procurement Division. All responses are due prior to the published closing date and time; no late responses will be accepted. Responses must be delivered in a sealed envelope if submitted in person. Bids or proposals that cannot be viewed may be deemed non-responsive. The City reserves the right to request clarification in such cases.
