Responses to email questions posted on MITN April 14, 2026 5 pm Scope:- City Hall & Police Department 49045 Pontiac Trail - Remove and replace all existing EPDM material measuring approximately 825 linear feet on this building. Haul away all removed construction material & debris. The bottom floor surface of the gutter is approximately 12" wide. The front of the gutter upright wall is approximately 8" tall, and the back side upright wall is approximately 10" tall. It is the responsibility of the contractor to confirm alllinear footage & measurements. This can be done at the Mandatory pre-bid walk-through or separate arrangements can be made with Wixom DPW (Mon-Friday 7am-5pm). Photos attached of gutters. The new EPDM shall be white in color and installed with a thickness of 60 mils and fully adhered to all surfaces of the gutter. Contractor shall remove & replace (13) drain assemblies and include new base clamp casting, bolts, & cover. Re-drill & tap to re-secure new drain assemblies as necessary. Replace any deteriorated existing wood substrate as needed and agreed upon by the DPW during the removal process. Please provide a separate line-item cost per 4' x 8' sheet of exterior roofing grade 5/8" CDX plywood to include all materials and labor.
