Trillium Lakelands District School Board is publishing this Request for Tender as an invitation to prospective proponents to upgrade the HVAC controls from Pneumatic to Direct Digital Control (DDC) at Macaulay Public School and Archie Stouffer Elementary School. Electronic bid submissions only shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the posted date and time. Bidders are cautioned that the timing of their bid submissions is based on when the bid is received by the electronic Bid Submission link, not when a bid is submitted by a Bidder, as bid transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. The Board recommends allowing sufficient time to upload the Bid Submission and attachments and resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the Board's Bidding System web clock. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Bidder advising that their bid was submitted successfully. If a confirmation e-mail is not received, contact the Purchasing Representative immediately. Late bids shall not be accepted. To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via e-mail regarding this bid, or if a bidder has obtained this Bid Document from a third party, the onus is on the Bidder to create a Bidding System Vendor account and register as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity at the provided website. The Board shall only accept and receive electronic bid submissions through its Bidding System. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. However, some documents may be secured, requiring registration to download and view.
