The project involves the procurement and installation of a new 1000 kW emergency back-up generator and automatic transfer switch (ATS) for the Corry Wastewater Treatment Plant. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount equal to not less than ten percent of the total base bid price. All bidders must be registered on the official plan holder's list in order to submit an official bid for consideration. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of 60 days after the date of bid opening. This contract is subject to US Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rate determinations. Each proposal must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same. Bids shall be sealed and marked on the envelope, "Bids for (Contract Title)". The City of Corry reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding and to accept the bid serving the best interest of the City of Corry.
