Specifications, drawings, and the project manual are available through the Jefferson County website or the office of The LaBiche Architectural Group, Inc. Bids must be submitted in an original and two copies, sealed and marked with the bid number and name on the outside of the envelope or box. Electronic submissions are not accepted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total contract cost is required. Performance and payment bonds are required if contract amounts exceed $50,000 and $25,000, respectively. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority/Women Business Enterprises, and Historically Underutilized Businesses are encouraged to participate.
