The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, is seeking a vendor to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and cleaning of the Aviation Administration Center (AAC) and its surrounding facilities. The vendor will be responsible for providing administrative oversight, staff coordination, and general facility support to ensure smooth and continuous operations. The selected vendor will coordinate with the Department of Aviation to support facility readiness, respond to service requests, and maintain a high level of customer service. Pre-qualification requirements: The procurement will involve a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process with a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Interested vendors must demonstrate the capacity to provide the required administrative, operational, and janitorial services, including staff coordination and facility support.
