Sealed bids are invited for storm door replacement at Projects IL-66-6/Cave-In-Rock, IL-66-6/Elizabethtown, and IL-66-6/Rosiclare in Hardin County, Illinois, under Modernization Program No. IL01P066-501-25. Bids are to be submitted as a single lump sum proposal. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds, a 20 percent cash escrow, or a 25 percent irrevocable letter of credit acceptable to the Housing Authority. Proposals shall be made on unaltered bid forms with all blank spaces completed and must be signed as specified. Attention is called to provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the specifications.
