Project generally consists of streambank and channel armoring system; related erosion and sedimentation controls; and restoration of areas disturbed by construction Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program for the Balligomingo Streambank Stabilization Project in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County. The project is a fixed fee contract. The apparent low bidder and the next two lowest bidders must submit to the Engineer originals of the Bidding Documents within two business days from the date of the bid opening. Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond for ten percent of the Bid total must be included. All workers and persons providing labor and products to the project must be lawfully permitted to work in the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The successful bidder and its subcontractors are required to provide confirmation of compliance with Act 127 of 2012, the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Upper Merion Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. Bids may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to the opening of Bids. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Deadline to submit questions through PennBid, only from prime bidders.
