This project is a request for quotations for the Redevelopment of Arbour Court Park. The scope includes all labour, fuel, equipment, and materials necessary to complete site improvements such as site preparation and demolition, excavation and grading, installation of erosion and sediment control measures, asphalt and concrete paving, curbs, limestone pathways and parking areas, drainage works including culverts, the supply and installation of site furnishings and recreational features, playground works including safety surfacing, tree planting and landscaping, and all associated restoration in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Quotations should cover all these components as further described in the RFQ Particulars Appendix C. Bidders must submit all required documentation and quotations online as per the instructions provided.
