Site work for a water / sewer project in Splendora, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes construction of a proposed 8" waterline and a proposed 8" sanitary extension. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be electronically submitted and accompanied by a bid bond or a certified/cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent of the total bid. Successful bidders must enter into contract and provide required insurance and bonds within seven days after receiving contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is used, the original must be delivered to the bid opening address within one business day of bid opening. Bidding documents are available at www.CivcastUSA.com and bidders must register to access and submit documents. All bids and securities must comply with the Owner's electronic bidding rules and be submitted through CivcastUSA. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities, except time for bid submission. The successful bidder will be the responsible and most advantageous to the district in the judgment of the Board. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply, and failure to comply can result in contract termination.
