Provide design-build reconstruction services for Delicate Arch Road within Arches National Park, including the design and construction of three 100-foot span concrete bridges at Salt Valley Wash, Salt Wash, and Winter Camp Wash. Work includes raising roadway profiles at each wash crossing to accommodate a 10-year design frequency and provide maintenance access, realigning the roadway at Salt Valley Wash, and improving drainage and sediment transport conditions to reduce flooding, sediment deposition, road closures, and visitor safety concerns. The project includes reconstruction (4R) and restoration (3R) roadway improvements consisting of embankment construction, riprap placement, roadway aggregate, asphalt concrete paving, structural concrete, epoxy-coated reinforcing steel, bridge railings, drilled shafts, concrete curb installation, guardrail systems, rolled erosion control products, and temporary traffic control. The remaining roadway and parking areas will receive full-depth reclamation or pavement removal followed by a 4-inch pavement overlay.
