Fence-to-fence environmental services are required in support of multiple Air Force installations under the GEMO construct. The contractor shall provide comprehensive environmental support services, as required, to meet federal, state, and regional regulatory obligations. Services may include environmental compliance support; air emissions inventory data management; recordkeeping and reporting under Title V and the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act; installation hazardous materials management program support; hazardous waste management support and plan updates; recycling support for hazardous and other regulated waste; sampling, analysis, and monitoring; spill prevention, control, and countermeasure plan updates and recertifications, facility response plan resubmissions; stormwater inventory updates and reporting, including National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements; and environmental management system support. Work may be performed on an as-needed basis to support compliance, reporting, monitoring, planning, and program management activities across the identified installations.
