Demolition services are required for specified parcels in Rowan County. All phases of work necessary to complete the project must be included in the cost. Prospective bidders are responsible for inspecting and investigating the improvements prior to submitting proposals to determine pertinent factors such as access, zoning, easements, and condition of improvements. Submission of a proposal is construed as evidence that these inspections and investigations have been made. Later claims for such items, which could have been foreseen through inspection or investigation, will not be recognized. All bid prices must be entered on the attached bid sheet and submitted as an attachment through the e-procurement system. Emailed and hard copies will not be accepted. Bidders must also enter a nominal price in the e-procurement system as instructed. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all contact information is current and correct, as this will carry forward if a contract is awarded.
