The City of Edmonton Non-Profit Housing Corporation, operating as HomeEd, is seeking qualified demolition contractors to submit proposals for the demolition and site restoration of the Brightstar apartment building located at 10021 62 Street, Edmonton, Alberta. The work includes hazardous materials assessment and abatement, permits, utility disconnection verification, full structural demolition, removal of foundations, slabs, asphalt, below-ground pipes and infrastructure, debris removal, engineered backfill, compaction testing, final grading, sod installation, fencing, and all related environmental protection and safety requirements necessary to deliver a clean, stable, redevelopment-ready site.
