The Town of Essex is soliciting the Request for Prequalification from individuals or companies with relevant expertise, capabilities, and experience who are interested in being considered as pre-qualified bidders for placement on a roster of engineering service providers for municipal drainage works. The purpose is to create a roster list for Engineering Services for Drainage Works conducted under the Drainage Act throughout the Town. Successful respondents on the Engineering Services Roster shall provide consultation, design, construction, and contract administration as required for projects concerning Municipal Drains in the Town of Essex, governed by the Drainage Act. The roster will be valid for three years from the award date. The Town reserves the right to assign projects to firms on the roster at their discretion during the agreement term, with no guarantee of specific volume or value of work. Submission of a prequalification response signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions unless specifically noted in the submission.
