Bid is Canceled Question Deadline 04/24/2026 Any person who plans to Bid on the project, material or equipment may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation of any part of the plans and/or specifications or contract documents no less than two (2) days prior to the time set for opening bids. The goal for MBE is 2% of the total dollar value of the project. The goal for WBE is 3% of the total dollar value of the project. The project consists of demolition and removal of an existing 300,000 gallon concrete water storage tank and the construction of a 600,000 gallon concrete tank with associated piping and incidentals, along with construction of an access road and parking pad.
