Renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 04/15/2026 at 6:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online. General Contractor will address the work by others not captured in the elevator contractor's scope. Scope includes Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical upgrades. Contractors must work in collaboration for the plug and play of the elevator modernization. Project will be done in an occupied building. Contractors are required to provide a schedule with anticipated workflow and a 3-week lookahead schedule at each OAC meeting. The project is tax-exempt. Liquidated damages are set at $500.00 per day. Bids will only be accepted from contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with State of Utah license laws. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for all contractors wishing to bid on this project.
