Scope of Work includes the construction of water, sanitary, and drainage facilities for Tamarron West Section 26 & 27 in Tamarron West. Project NO: 16806-0068-01/02 Instructions to Bidders: Sealed bids in duplicate will be received electronically for furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the construction. Bids will only be received electronically through CivcastUSA; physical bids will not be accepted. For contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the state equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount, made payable to the Owner. Plans, specifications, and bidding documents are available at www.civcastusa.com. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 180 days from the date bids are opened. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) must be submitted with the bid.
