Scope of work includes the construction of an illuminated roadway arch at 6611 Ridge Road, Parma, Cuyahoga, OH. Work categories include commercial entrances, storefront steel and aluminum, monument sign design and construction, construction, metal fabrication, signage, and electrical lamp lighting for both interior and exterior applications. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the plans and specifications on file with the Service Director. Interested parties may view documents at no cost but must register and download the documents to be considered plan holders, at a fee of $22.00. Only plan holders are eligible to submit bids. Each proposal must state the full name and address of each person, firm, or corporation interested in the bid submitted. Engineer's estimate of cost is $307,000.00.
