Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for the Roaming Woods Sanitary Sewer Replacement. The major items of work include installation of approximately 1,245 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer at varying depths by open-cut and trenchless methods, including sanitary sewer manholes, service reconnections, site restoration, and abandonment of approximately 1,240 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer line and manholes. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full contract amount. Specifications and Bid Documents are available online or by written request at the engineering offices. Question Deadline 04/13/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
