Seeking bids to improve parking lot. Mill & Patch: Mill out 1.5" of existing asphalt, thoroughly clean and prepare the repair area using power brooms and blowers, apply tack coat to create a bond between the existing and new asphalt, install 1.5" of 5E1C HMA and compact to 93-95% density using a vibratory drum roller or plate compactor. Total square feet: 862 sq ft. Crack Sealing: Repair the quantity of linear feet listed with a 1/4" or larger opening, excluding "spider-web" areas. Cracks shall be thoroughly cleaned of all debris, dirt, loose pavement, and vegetation. Cracks shall be sealed with hot-applied high quality sealant Deery 102PL that meets Fed Spec ASTM D5167. Total linear of crack seal: 2,500 feet. Sealcoat: Thoroughly clean off the designated area of the parking lot using high power blowers and brooms. Apply asphalt emulsion sealer that is mixed with 1.5% hardening additive and 2 pounds of sand per gallon. Meets and exceeds all federal specifications. Total square footage: 20,400 sq ft. Sealcoat - Second Coat: Thoroughly clean off the designated area of the parking lot using high power blowers and brooms.
