Lewis County is requesting bids for the West Main Street Complete Streets Project. The project involves the complete reconstruction of West Main Street, from the village limits (approximately 5748 West Main) to the intersection with Main Street, with tie-ins to all included side streets. The scope includes, but is not limited to, full depth pavement replacement, storm collection, concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing, and striping. Bidders should coordinate with other ongoing work in the project corridor, particularly the Village of Constableville Phase I Water Project, which will be constructed simultaneously along the same corridor. The Owner reserves the right to order additions, deletions, or revisions in the work at any time. Bids are to be submitted for a single prime contract (General Construction) on a unit price basis.
