Interpretation of the provisions of the Contract Documents will be made by the Designer upon written request of any bidder, provided that such request is received by the Designer at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the scheduled bid opening. The scope of work under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services to complete pavement preservation as described herein under the 2026 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT CONTRACT. The work includes but is not limited to, crack sealing, fog sealing, and various other related street improvements and preservation items in the Town of Belmont. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Fog Seal and Crack Seal application at various locations in the Town of Belmont. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work, Crack Sealing, for the project with an estimated value of $150,000.00 will be required.
