Bids shall be received by the Owner at 73 County Route 11A, Craryville, NY 12521 until 1:00 P.M., local time, on Friday May 1, 2026. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted. All bids received after that time will be returned to the respective bidder unopened. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at the offices of the Owner, Architect, and several listed locations. A Pre-Bid walk-through conference shall be held at the Taconic Hills Central School District, High School Main Office for the purpose of touring the building to review the existing conditions and consider Bidders' questions. All pre-bid RFIs should be sent to the designated email. A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must be deposited by each Bidder with their Bid as a guarantee that, if the contract is awarded, they will execute such contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond within ten days, and shall not withdraw their Bid for a period of forty-five days after the date of Bid opening, to guarantee the performance of all other obligations set forth in the Instructions to Bidders.
