Sealed bids will be received for County Contract No. 02-2026 for patching plans on various roads in Lincoln County, covering the following locations: 041-030-021, 041-614-025 (CSAH 14 - South Dakota Line to TH 271), 041-615-025 (CSAH 15 - CSAH 1 to TH 75), 041-615-026 (CSAH 15 - CSAH 7 to Lyon County Line), 041-617-038 (CSAH 17 - South Dakota Line to Hendricks Main St.), and County Road 113 (CSAH 7 to 1950' North). The type of work includes aggregate shouldering and bituminous surfacing for a total length of 17.285 miles. Major items of work are approximately: 10,750 tons of shoulder base aggregate class 1 mod, 3,587 square yards of mill bituminous surface, 25,419 tons of type SP 12.5 wearing course mixture (2,B), and 241,265 linear feet of 4'' solid line paint. Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope, and accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the Treasurer of Lincoln County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
