The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board invites bids from qualified contractors for all labour, materials, supplies, and equipment required for the painting of selected corridors, interior spaces, and furniture at TBDSSAB Headquarters, 231 May St South, Thunder Bay, ON. The project is divided into three scopes: Scope A - repaint existing corridors and public areas; Scope B - repair damage to cafeteria wall and repaint; Scope C - remove existing wall base in select areas. All three scopes will be awarded to a single contractor. Bidders must identify the cost of each scope separately, with the total combined cost as the final bid amount (A + B + C). All work must be completed by May 29, 2026.
