Site work for a water / sewer project in Diamond, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work: Installation of approximately 1,600 LF of 4-inch C900 forcemain and associated piping modifications at the lift station. Instructions to bidders: Plans and specifications may be accessed online or viewed at specified locations. Full-size plans and specifications are available at a non-refundable cost. The contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and Illinois Steel Products Procurement Act. The successful bidder shall provide at least 40% of all labor required. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the gross amount of the bid payable to the Village of Diamond. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review and investigation of qualifications. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
