The construction project is known as the 23rd Ave. Reservoir Improvements Project (Project). The selected firm will support the OWNER during planning, design development, and preconstruction phases, assisting with cost, schedule, constructability, risk, and procurement planning prior to the start of construction. This project is partially funded through the Colorado Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF).
