The work consists of the redevelopment of Tyson Park, a 3.7 acre neighborhood park located at 3405 E Street, Springfield, Oregon. In general, the work includes earthwork, erosion control, preparation for a new children's playground, utilities, concrete sidewalks, premanufactured picnic shelter installation, and landscaping. Bidders must submit sealed bids, delivered to the Bob Keefer Center before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the specified due date. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name. Offers must be submitted using the Bid Form provided, under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission, and must be accompanied by Bid Security. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders and upon the Bid Form provided. The contract is for a public works project subject to Oregon Revised Statutes 279C.800 to 279C.870 and the Davis-Bacon Act. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Minority, women, veteran, and emerging small businesses are encouraged to bid.
