Design/build services to renovate, refurbish, and modernize government-furnished staff quarters, including associated interior and exterior utility systems, to correct code deficiencies and bring the facilities into compliance with current building codes. The work includes providing all required supervision, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation necessary to complete major repairs and improvements in accordance with the Statement of Work. The project encompasses comprehensive renovation and system upgrades for multiple quarters under a single solicitation to support efficient contract award and successful project delivery.
