B) Coordination of engineering works: a) Replacement of heating piping in any the school, including the attic; b) Addition of ventilation. C) Waterproofing of the foundation following the engineering works of drainage. D) Complete refurbishment of offices, premises 109 and 109A. E) The addition of a concierge, room 109B. F) The repair of rooms 108 and 110. G) Development of a local kitchenette 202. 2 Scheduling of work: A) Refer to the general conditions of the owner. .3 The work includes incidental works which, being neither represented nor described in the estimate, are usual and necessary for its completion for the use for which it is intended. Delivery schedule WORK SCHEDULE The work can start on June 30, 2026 and be completed no later than December 22, 2026. However, the French drains work must be completed by August 20, 2026 and the associated work to the operation of the heating for September 14, 2026.
