Reference number: 20135889 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-15 Description Project: The Corporation d'habitation Jeanne-Mance (hereinafter CHJM) is inviting tenders from general contractors for its 'Rainwater Retention and Outdoor Improvements - Phase 2' project. Description: The project involves the construction of rainwater retention facilities, the refurbishment of two car parks and various outdoor improvements. More specifically, the works include the installation of rainwater management infrastructure, modifications to the sewer network, the construction of terraces and the refurbishment of two car parks, including the addition of electric charging points, the installation of semi-underground containers and the landscaping of the site. These works also require architectural, electrical and mechanical work in the buildings adjacent to the car parks concerned. The works will be carried out at car park no. 2, adjacent to 1605 Rue Saint-Dominique, and at car park no. 3, located behind 100 Boulevard de Maisonneuve East, as well as in the buildings surrounding these two car parks.
