Renovation of a conference / convention center in Carson, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
CSUDH is seeking proposals from qualified firms for roof repair services. Firms shall provide and install cool roof coating to the south side roof area of Loker University Student Union. The cool roof coating must be Title 24 compliant. The roof area to be coated is approximately 300 squares. Work includes removing all debris, pressure washing the entire roof, inspecting all roof drains, scuppers, overflows, and gutters, cleaning, clearing, and repairing all roof drains, scuppers, overflows, and gutters as needed, and resealing all pipes and vents on the rooftop. All employees shall be paid prevailing wage. All roof repairs must be completed in compliance with California Building Energy Efficiency Standards - Title 24. Upon completion, the contractor must provide the manufacturer's written and signed limited labor and materials warranty, covering labor and materials necessary to return the defective area to a watertight condition if leaks develop due to defective material or workmanship. Installer must guarantee all work against defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twenty years from the date of acceptance.
