Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a 120,000-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility; and parking garage.
Construction of Port Tampa Bay's fourth terminal with an adjacent parking garage to be built on the north end of the port's channel, just north of the existing facilities. Site preparation work includes filling the former Metroport area and relocating critical stormwater infrastructure. As of August 10, 2026, site preparation work has started which will continue through late 2026. Design work for the terminal building is currently underway, with construction expected to be completed by 2029. Information regarding general contracting bidding to be confirmed. *
