Sealed bids are requested for the 139 Façade Repairs at 6400 St Claude Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70117. Bids shall only be accepted from contractors who attend the entire mandatory pre-bid conference. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent of the base bid and any additional bid items, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. Contractors must be licensed under Louisiana statutes for Building Construction and comply with all relevant state requirements. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond equal to 100% of the contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn for 45 days after receipt except as provided by law. Bids can be submitted electronically and must be posted before the specified closing time. All procedures, requirements, and statutory guidelines must be followed as stated. Participation in the Louisiana Initiative for Small Entrepreneurships and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurships Program is encouraged.
