The project involves the construction of 140 homes, known as the Southern Block of the project. The tender for design and construction on a turnkey basis, reference number 100-25-12 OMHL-IVM-Ilot Sud, for the award of a contract to a firm or consortium for the design, construction and handover of 140 housing units, including the demolition of 118 existing dwellings. Upon notification of the acceptance of their tender and prior to the signing of the contract, the successful tenderer shall be required to provide a performance bond equivalent to fifty per cent (50%) of the contract value, as well as a bond for wages, materials and services of an equivalent amount, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Upon acceptance of the works, the successful tenderer must also provide a maintenance guarantee amounting to ten per cent (10%) of the contract value, valid for the duration specified in the contract documents. The Office wishes to engage the services of a consortium for the provision of services, design, execution and delivery to ensure the successful completion of the project. The successful tenderer must provide all services normally required for this type of project.
