Huntsville Housing Authority is requesting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors for the demolition of a residential structure. Separate, sealed bids are to be submitted to Huntsville Housing Authority at their office address. Electronic bid documents are available through Housing Agency Market Place E-Procurement or the organization's website. Huntsville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, determine what is equal to the specifications and/or scope of work, waive any informality in the bids received, and accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest.
