Project includes renovations to the restrooms in Burns Elementary and Daviess County High School. The scope consists of removal and disposal of the existing ceramic wall tile, floor tile, toilet partitions, plumbing fixtures, walls, ceiling tiles and grid, and any other materials necessary for new work. New work will consist of new plumbing fixtures, toilet fixtures, ceramic floor and wall tile, ceiling tile and grid, HVAC, and Electrical. Instructions to bidders: Lump sum, clearly marked, sealed proposals are required from qualified contractors for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, services, etc. Acceptance of all existing conditions is required and must be inspected by all bidders prior to bidding. Alternates as defined in the contract documents and all other general construction, work specified in the Contract Documents are included.
