The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Winnipesaukee River Basin Program is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide ongoing wastewater flow metering services in its collection system. The selected firm will be responsible for flow metering and monitoring, maintenance, repair, and calibration of installed meters, monthly data collection, reporting, analysis, and interpretation. The firm must demonstrate the ability to manage and maintain a large-scale flow metering project at multiple locations across a broad geographical area and fully understand site constraints and hydraulic conditions at each meter site to ensure proper equipment deployment for accuracy, reliability, and repeatability. The contract will initially be for a 5-year period with annual performance reviews, with the possibility of extension for additional 3-5 year terms based on satisfactory performance and available funding. Proposals must address the full 5-year term, and the total contract price shall include the base scope of work and an annual contingency for additional required work.
