Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Big Walnut Local School District as provided in this notice for the 2026 Asphalt Improvements Project. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Question Deadline 04/09/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit written questions to James Hall, Director of Facilities, at jameshall@bwls.net The total estimated construction cost for the base bid is $100,000 including allowances.
