The Beaumont Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide services for the Drainage Improvement Project. Offerors must provide all requested information, and failure to comply with any portion of this solicitation will be reflected in the evaluation process. Proposals must be signed and received by the district at the specified address. Proposals received after the stated deadline or sent to the wrong address will not be considered. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any submission or any part thereof, to waive formalities, and to verify the accuracy and completeness of all responses using any information available to the district, regardless of whether such information appears in the submission. Failure to comply with specifications may result in disqualification.
