Reference Number 0000425647 The Saint Louis Zoo ("Zoo") invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide Fire Sprinkler System and Backflow Prevention Device inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services on an "as-needed" basis at the following locations: Forest Park Campus (One Government Drive, St. Louis, MO 63110) Wild Care Park (12385 Larimore Road, St. Louis, MO 63138) This solicitation is intended to establish a Vendor of Record to provide on-call, as-needed services, with a primary emphasis on: Emergency response Urgent repair and system restoration Maintenance and operational support This contract is not intended to serve as a guaranteed or exclusive preventative maintenance agreement or capital improvement program. Work will be issued at the Zoo's discretion based on operational need. This procurement shall be conducted using a Best-Value methodology. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
