This Request for Tender is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of Niagara to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Regional Road 38 (Martindale Rd) - Replacement of J.R. Stork Bridge (Structure 038205) Over Richardson's Creek in the City of St. Catharines. Bids will only be considered from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and obtained the RFT directly from Niagara Region's public purchasing portal. Bidders are highly recommended to thoroughly review the RFT document, as several sections have been recently revised, notably the requirements for bid submission, bid security, and agreements to bond. Failure to comply with the current RFT requirements may result in the bid being declared non-compliant and disqualified. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the portal, with some documents requiring registration to view. Submissions are to be made online only.
