Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project includes, but is not limited to, renovation of all the existing restrooms throughout the Troop E Headquarters Building. The design shall include facility upgrades, quantity of fixtures, as well as compliance with accessibility for drinking fountains and both men and women restrooms. The scope of work shall include the infill of a water fountain recess to a closet. In addition, the scope shall include the replacement of select cast iron piping, at minimum sleeving of main lines. Design includes a potential add of a booster pump for overall efficiency. Ceilings will be modified as required for new design. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%.
