Site work for a mixed-use development in Little Gold, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000318739 Work of this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, disposal and replacement of: two internal fixed 45kW diesel generators, to be replaced with three external portable diesel generators and associated power electronics, as well as the existing fuel oil system consisting of one 20,000L external main fuel tank and three day-tanks, one serving the generators, one serving a fire pump, and one serving heating appliances. Installation to adhere to all applicable codes and standards. The border operations must remain operational at all times during construction, any disruptions to power or traffic flow must be coordinated with the client in advance. Temporary power is currently provided by external propane rental generators, temporary power will be provided during the upgrades. The three portable generators and supporting electronics have been pre-purchased by the client to ensure delivery to site within the required project completion schedule. All disruptive work, including but not limited to noise, dust, equipment shutdown, hazmat abatement, etc., must be scheduled afterhours. See detailed scope of work in Attachment 4-List of Specifications and Drawings.
