Scope of Work: Remodel to convert Merrifield Elementary School to Merrifield Education Center, housing the District's PACE High School and Summit Alternative programs. Work to include added interior doors and converting two Classrooms into Reception and Offices. Pl Square Footage: 4,206 ft 2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Duncanville Independent School District is requesting proposals for Independent Contractor/Consultant vendors. The District must adhere to State Purchasing Laws and competitively procure for purchases of goods and services. One method to seek bids and proposals is to issue a "Catalog" RFP to establish an approved list of vendors from which District employees can purchase on an as needed basis. This is a Multi-Award RFP for Independent Contractor/Consultant vendors. Proposal/Contract Documents, including Drawings, Technical Specifications, and Addenda are available for download. Electronic bid submissions must be submitted via the provided link. Once registered, a User Guide for Electronic Submissions will be accessible. The intent is to provide a broad base of vendors to select products and services to meet District needs. Vendors must complete a response to this request to do business with the District. Discount prices must include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination, unless otherwise noted or negotiated. The contract term is for the 2025-2026 school year, with three additional years available at mutual agreement. Awards will be made to multiple vendors and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline or reject any or all proposals and to accept those which offer the best advantage to the District.
