Biweekly mowing and trimming of the Toonerville Trail from the trailhead at the Robert Jones Industrial Center to its transition to Paddock Road, and from its resumption near Hillside Auto to its termination across from Hoyt’s Landing at the Connecticut River. Small trash and debris are to be picked up as needed during mowing, with approximately fifteen mowings and trimmings anticipated during the summer. Monthly mowing and trimming of the bank at the southern end of the trail, including the grassy patch at the end of the trail. Once during the summer, by June 20th, clean-up and disposal of grass, weeds, and debris along sidewalks on both sides of VT Route 11 from the former Jones & Lamson complex to the Springfield Shopping Plaza. Supplemental compensation at an hourly rate per worker for any additional requested work. Submit proposals specifying per mowing/biweekly costs for the mowing items, itemized seasonal items, and extra per hour costs.
